Why?
From bridal shops to sound system rentals, from table-and-chair rentals to small car rental firms, everyone asks the same question: "Is this dress / this speaker free on 15 July, who has it now and when is it coming back?" With a paper notebook that question takes minutes, and sometimes the same item ends up promised to two customers for the same day. Nova Rental Tracker answers it on one screen, right from your phone.

On first login you choose what you rent out; item categories, the handover checklist and the rental terms text come ready-made.
What's inside?
- Is it free? Pick the dates; free items show in green, booked ones in red, along with who has them and when they are due back
- Double-rental prevention: the same dress or speaker can never be rented twice for the same dates. For bulk items such as chairs, the free quantity on those dates is calculated
- Sets: packages such as "Wedding sound set = 2 speakers + mixer + 4 microphones"; every item inside is checked separately
- Cleaning / preparation time: a returned gown cannot be rented out again until it is back from dry cleaning
- Chart: item × day view; which piece is with whom on which day, at a glance
- On-hold bookings: time-limited provisional bookings that drop automatically if not confirmed
- Deposit and security deposit kept apart: the deposit is deducted from the rent, the security deposit is returned; damage and late fees can be deducted from it
- Handover and return: checklists per item (veil, cables, spare tyre…), mileage and fuel level for vehicles
- Overdue items: items not returned show in red on the home screen, with a suggested late fee
- Documents: rental form, contract PDF and a rental page you send to the customer on WhatsApp
- Customer accounts: balance, past rentals, account statement
- Item earnings: how many times each piece was rented and whether it has paid for itself
Price
Free for the first 90 days, then 890 TL per year. When the period ends your records are not deleted; you can still view them and renew your membership to record new rentals.
