Personal data processed
- Identity and contact: full name, e-mail, phone, company name, (for dealers) address, tax office and number
- Customer transactions: membership, order and payment details (card numbers are not processed; only the card type and last 4 digits)
- Transaction security: password (in a form that cannot be reversed), sign-in time, IP address
- Requests/complaints: contact and support messages

Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to the payment institution (iyzico), the hosting and e-mail service providers we use, and authorised public authorities.
How data is collected
Data is collected electronically through the membership, dealer application, contact and payment forms.
Accounting data
For the information you enter into Online Accounting about your own customers and suppliers, you are the data controller; we act as the data processor, processing this data only to provide the service and in line with your instructions.
Retention period
Data is kept for the duration of the membership and for the periods required by law (e.g. 10 years for business records); after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know who it is transferred to, to have it corrected if incomplete or incorrect, to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of the law, to object to an outcome against you resulting from automated analysis, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
