How we use and protect your data
Information we collect
- Membership: full name, e-mail, phone, company name and your password (passwords are stored encrypted in a form that cannot be reversed).
- Payment: amount, date and result of the payment; for card payments only the card type and last 4 digits. Your card number and security code never reach us; the payment is taken on iyzico's secure page.
- Dealer application and contact form: the information you write in the form.
- Your accounting data: the accounts, invoices, stock and other records you enter belong to you; they are stored only to provide the service and are never used for anything else or shared.
- Technical logs: sign-in time and IP address, for security.
What we use the information for
- Creating your account and providing the service
- Taking your payments and managing your membership
- Sending service e-mails such as membership reminders, payment notices and password resets
- Answering your support requests
- Meeting legal obligations and keeping the service secure
We do not sell or rent your information for advertising and we do not send you marketing messages without your permission.
Who is it shared with?
Only as far as needed to provide the service:
- iyzico (payment institution) — to process card payments
- Hosting provider — for the servers where the site and data are kept
- E-mail delivery service — to deliver service e-mails to you
- Authorised public authorities — where required by law
Security
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Each company's accounting data is kept in a separate database and backed up regularly. Passwords are stored encrypted, and sessions and forms are protected against forged requests.
Cookies
Our site only uses essential cookies:
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in
- Security (CSRF) cookie — confirms that forms are sent by you
- "Remember me" cookie — only if you tick this option
- Language cookie — remembers the language you chose
We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies. Without essential cookies, sign-in and payments do not work.
