Why?
Every month starts with the same question: “Who has paid this month, and who hasn't?” A fee list kept in a notebook, a spreadsheet or your head gets messy as it grows; calling parents is awkward, and a forgotten fee is lost income. Then there is “Which teacher has a class at 4 pm on Tuesday, and which room is free?” Nova Courses & Fees brings both onto one screen.

During setup you choose your business type; the screens adapt (student or member, teacher or coach, room or hall) and subjects come ready.
What's inside?
- Home: today's lessons (the current one highlighted), this month's fee collection rate, overdue amount and who is late
- Weekly class schedule: a day-and-time grid; filter by teacher or room and print it. You are warned if the same teacher or room is booked twice. Holidays show as closed.
- Groups and classes: days, times, teacher, room, capacity and monthly fee for each group. Private lessons are one-person groups.
- Students and parents: parent details for child students; reminders and receipts go to the parent. Custom fees (sibling discount, scholarship), freezing and leaving.
- Monthly fees, automatically: enrolling creates this month's fee right away, and later months' fees on the 1st. For mid-month starters choose full fee, prorated or first month free. Extra charges such as registration, books or costumes can be added.
- Fees screen: month by month who paid, who didn't, who paid part; expected, collected and outstanding totals
- Payments and receipts: cash, card, bank transfer; partial payments and paying several months at once. Payments clear the oldest charge first and any excess carries forward. Receipts can be printed, downloaded as PDF, e-mailed or sent on WhatsApp.
- Overdue list and WhatsApp reminders: everyone past the due date in one list. The WhatsApp button opens a ready message (parent, student, month, amount, your IBAN) on your own phone — no SMS costs. You can edit the text. Optional automatic e-mail for overdue fees.
- Users and branches: separate logins for secretaries and teachers; staff cannot see fees or prices. Manage several branches from one account.
- For music schools: shortcuts to Nova Metronome and Nova Tuner
- Turkish and English, installs on the phone like an app
Price
All features free for the first 90 days, no credit card needed. Then 790 TL per year — no limits on students, groups, users or branches.
If your membership ends, your data is not deleted: you can still view records and print receipts; just renew to add new ones.
