What does it do?
Nova Gecikme is a free microphone and connection test for gamers that runs in your browser. In one minute before a match it answers: Is my mic working? Does my voice crackle? How loud is my background noise? Is my audio latency high? Why is my ping high? Made for CS2, Valorant and Discord players. No download, no account, no ads.
Tests
- Live mic meter: dB bar, peak level and spectrum. Instantly warns when no sound comes through (mic may be muted) or when it clips. Pick the right device if you have several mics.
- Voice quality & noise: background noise is measured during 3 seconds of silence, voice level during 4 seconds of talking. Signal-to-noise ratio, clipping (crackle) and 50 Hz electrical hum are detected, with plain-language fixes.
- Hear yourself: record 5 seconds and hear how teammates hear you. Compare raw audio with noise suppression on (Discord-like).
- Audio latency (loopback): short signals are played through your speakers and the round trip to the mic is measured in milliseconds. See the delay a Bluetooth headset adds.
- Headphone left / right: footstep-like sounds left, right and panning; catches a reversed headset or swapped channels.
- Ping, jitter & timeouts: repeated requests to Frankfurt, Stockholm, Milan, Paris and the nearest Cloudflare edge; ping, jitter and drops per region.
- UDP & NAT test: shows whether UDP (used by voice chat and games) is open and your NAT type (compatible / symmetric).
- Summary: all results on one card; copy and paste into Discord.
