Product overview
Why?
When the evening rush starts at a tea house, café or billiard hall, paper bills get mixed up: how many teas did table 4 have, when did billiard table 2 start, how much does the barber owe? A 20,000 TL restaurant system is too much for this. Nova Adisyon keeps the bill on the phone or tablet you already have. Tap the table, tap the item, take payment.
Who is it for?
- Tea houses, tea gardens and coffee houses
- Cafés and kiosks (table service or takeaway)
- Billiard halls and PlayStation / gaming lounges: hourly table charging to the minute
What's inside?
- Tables screen: every table is a coloured card: free, open bill, timer running, timer paused, time is up. The amount and how long it has been open are on the card.
- Quick bills: tap item buttons; tapping the same item again increases the quantity. On the house, notes (less sugar, light…), discounts, items not on the menu.
- Hourly table charging: billiards, PlayStation, table football. Start, pause, “open for 1 hour”, +30 min. Sound alert 5 minutes before and when the time is up. Per-minute rate, rounding (5/10/15 min), minimum charge, “first hour fixed”, 2 / 4 controller prices for PlayStation. Time is kept on the server, so it is not lost if the phone turns off.
- Taking payment: cash, card, tab or mixed; change and per-person amount. Pay by selected items (“everyone pays for their own tea”), move a table and merge two tables.
- Tab book: who owes how much, payments, history.
- End of day: total sales, cash in the till, card, tab, on the house, discounts, hourly table income, removed lines with reasons, best sellers.
- QR menu: a separate QR for every table; customers scan it and see your menu and prices without installing anything. Turkish and English. Labels print in bulk on A4.
- Easy setup: choose your business type and number of tables; tables and a sample menu are prepared, you only enter the prices.
- Turkish and English, installs on phones and tablets like an app.
Free and Premium
The free plan is forever and unlimited: no limit on tables, items or bills. Hourly table charging, split bills, moving tables, the tab book, end of day and the QR menu are free.
Premium (690 TL per year):
- Receipt printing: bills and end of day; from the browser or straight to a Bluetooth thermal printer (Android, Chrome); Turkish characters print correctly
- Call waiter / Ask for the bill: customers press a button on the table's QR menu, an alert and a sound come up at the till
- QR menu with photos: your logo, cover photo and item photos
- Night / weekend rates: different hourly prices by time of day or day of the week
- Reports and Excel: item sales, busy hours, sales and play time per table, daily till
- WhatsApp: send the end-of-day summary and remind tab customers
- Offline mode: open tables, add items, run timers and take payments even when the internet is down; everything is sent with its original time when the connection is back
- Accounting link: each closed day is written to novapp Accounting as one sales invoice plus till / bank receipts
New members get all Premium features free for 30 days. After that you continue on the free plan; none of your data is deleted.
Receipts are information slips only and do not replace a fiscal cash register (ÖKC) receipt.
