Main features of the service
- Online Accounting: Accounting software used in a web browser, with customer/supplier accounts, stock, invoices, delivery notes, quotes, cash/bank and reporting. Each company's data is kept in a separate database. The first trial period is free, after which a yearly membership fee is paid.
- Program licences: A licence to use installed programs (e.g. Nova Set Manager) on one computer.
Price and payment
- Prices are shown on the product page and the payment screen in Turkish Lira, including taxes. The amount shown at the time of payment applies.
- Payment methods: credit/debit card (iyzico secure payment, single instalment) or bank transfer.
- There are no extra fees, shipping costs or hidden charges.
Delivery
Services and licences are provided electronically: immediately for card payments, and once the payment is approved for bank transfers.
Right of withdrawal
Services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The cases in which we give refunds are explained on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
Complaints and requests
You can send your requests and complaints to the phone number and e-mail address above. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction in disputes.
On the payment screen you are asked to confirm that you have read this form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
