2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and provision of the software service (online membership) or software licence that the Buyer purchases electronically on novapp.com.tr, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Services and products

  • Online Accounting (yearly membership): Accounting software used in a web browser. The first trial period after signing up is free; after it ends, a yearly membership fee is paid to keep using it. The fee is the amount shown on the site at the time of payment (shown including VAT and taxes).
  • Program licences (e.g. Nova Set Manager): A licence to use a program installed on a computer. The licence is activated on one computer.
  • Dealer licence packages: Multiple licences purchased by our approved dealers from their panel.

Current prices are shown on the product page and the payment screen. The price shown at the time of the order applies.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit/debit card through the iyzico secure payment system or by bank transfer. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller; the payment is processed by iyzico. Card payments are taken in a single instalment.

5. Delivery (provision of the service)

Services and licences are provided electronically; there is no physical delivery.

  • For card payments, the membership is extended immediately when the payment is approved and licences are added to the account right away.
  • For bank transfers, the service is activated once the payment reaches our account and is approved (usually within 1 business day).
  • The Buyer is informed of the payment and activation by e-mail.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer are exempt from the right of withdrawal. By approving the payment, the Buyer agrees that the service starts immediately.

Nevertheless, the Seller undertakes to give refunds in the cases described on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

7. Obligations of the parties

  • The Seller undertakes to provide the service without interruption as far as reasonably possible, to store data securely and to back it up regularly. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
  • The Buyer is responsible for keeping account details confidential, using the service lawfully and the accuracy of the data entered into the program.
  • Business data entered into Online Accounting belongs to the Buyer. When the membership ends, the data remains viewable and downloadable as a backup, and is deleted at the Buyer's request.
  • Program licences are personal to the person/business; they may not be copied, rented or transferred to third parties.

8. End of membership

The yearly membership does not renew automatically at the end of its term; it is extended when the Buyer pays. An expired account switches to read-only mode. The Seller may suspend the service in case of unlawful use or payment fraud.

9. Dispute resolution

For complaints and objections, please contact the Seller first. In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

10. Entry into force

Before ordering/paying, the Buyer confirms electronically that they have read and accepted this agreement and the Pre-Information Form. The agreement enters into force when the payment is completed, and a copy is made available to the Buyer.
